ebay Auction: Payment Terms - The successful high bidder will pay a deposit of 30% of the full purchase price within 3 days. All monies due within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

ebay Auction: Non-Payment - If contact by the successful bidder is neglected within 2 business days of the close of the auction (without prior consent or arrangement by the winner with Auto Trend), there is a $350 non-paying bidder fee to cover the expenses of cleanup, documentation and ebay. We also reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or qualified buyer. Non-paying bidders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
